Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Brooklyn, NY. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary and preventive care services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage treatment plans
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record system

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $155,000 – $165,000 annually

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in New York State
• National board certification (FNP, ANP, or AGNP)
• At least 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered)

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a care team
