We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Fall River, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, weekday-only position with no nights or weekends—ideal for a provider seeking work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in a diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
- Conduct physical exams, obtain medical histories, and order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and the healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management
- Document all patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner using an electronic medical record system
- Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives
Schedule: Full-time
position: 4–5 days per week, Monday through Friday, No nights, weekends, or
on-call responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $140,000

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current and valid DEA certificate and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience preferred
- Fluency in Portuguese is particularly valuable due to the needs of the patient population
- Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
