Spanish-Speaking Internal/Family Physician – PACE Program

Join a compassionate, mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization in Rosemead, CA, dedicated to delivering comprehensive, community-based care to older adults through a well-established PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. We are seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Physician to provide high-quality primary care to a geriatric population, both in clinic and in the field.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No nights or weekends
• Split Schedule: 4 days in-clinic / 1 day field-based
• Patient Load: Clinic: ~8 patients per day, Field: ~4 patients per day
• Setting: 100% Geriatric, PACE model
• EMR: Athena

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $240,000–$280,000 annually (based on experience)
• Bonus: 10% annual bonus paid quarterly

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Spanish fluency required
• Passion for serving underserved geriatric communities
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
