Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive health assessments for adult patients.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in Adult Primary Care preferred.
• Licensure: Advanced Practice License in Connecticut (or eligibility).
• Certification: Current Nurse Practitioner certification.
• DEA License: Active or eligibility for registration.
