Licensed Practical Nurse - In Home Assessments

Seeking Licensed Practical Nurses with 1+ years of experience to conduct In-Home Health Assessments & Diagnostic testing.

What's in it for you?

·         Flexibility: Operate on your terms. Set your own hours, 7 days a week between 8am-8pm. The role is based on a 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement.

·         Compensation: Earn $35 for each completed in-home Health Assessment or Diagnostic-only visit.

·         Location: Must be able to cover all counties in the Valdosta area including: Colquitt, Tift, Thomas, Brooks, Cook, Lowndes, Berrien, Woth

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed Practical Nurse in Georgia

•  At least 1 year of experience. 

• Home Health experience
