Nocturnist Hospitalist Physician

Join a mission-driven, physician-led medical group as a Nocturnist Physician in Pueblo, Colorado. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to deliver exceptional inpatient care as part of a highly collaborative and supportive hospitalist team.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, 6-on/9-off rotation
• Physicians work 144 twelve-hour shifts annually
• Extra shifts available for those interested in additional compensation
• Nighttime coverage focused primarily at Parkview Medical Center (370-bed facility)
• Support a team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) at both hospital locations
• Utilize EPIC EMR system-wide for consistent and efficient patient management
• Closed ICU (managed by Pulmonary/Critical Care specialists)
• Emphasis on teamwork, mentorship, and long-term professional growth 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range $252,000–$280,000 (quality/productivity bonuses may apply)

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 0–5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Commitment to evidence-based inpatient medicine and patient-centered care
