Locums Primary Care Physician

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to provide locum tenens coverage at an established outpatient clinic in Atlanta, GA. The position is focused on adult patient care, averaging 10–12 patients per day, with no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient primary care to a mostly adult patient population
• Conduct routine physicals, manage chronic illnesses, and treat acute conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with clinic staff and allied health professionals to provide comprehensive care 

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (IM preferred)
• Active Georgia medical license and DEA registration
• Graduate of an accredited medical school with approved residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Minimum of 5 years post-residency clinical experience
• BLS Certification required
• Proficiency with Epic is strongly preferred
