Locums Interventional Cardiology Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. This role offers a balanced mix of cath lab procedures, inpatient rounding, and call responsibilities, with support from experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Position Details:

• Setting: Hospital-based; mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Coverage Schedule:
• Cath Lab: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Nightly)
• Weekend Call + Inpatient Rounding
• Minimum Commitment: 7 days/month
• Additional Coverage: May be requested if available
• Start Time: Call begins at 8:00 AM on working days 

Responsibilities:

• Outpatient and inpatient catheterizations
• STEMI coverage and interventions
• Inpatient rounding and consults
• No non-invasive cardiology responsibilities 

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Interventional Cardiology (Required)
• State Licensure:
• Active PA license highly preferred
• IMLC candidates will be considered
• Certifications:
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• CSR (Controlled Substance Registration)
