Locums OBGYN Physician

A healthcare facility in Dixon, IL, is seeking a Board-Certified OBGYN Physician for a part-time locums opportunity. The role involves providing 24-hour call coverage from 8 AM to 8 AM and managing a delivery volume of 20-30 births per month. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care in a well-equipped and supportive environment.  Duties include performing and managing deliveries, including both vaginal and cesarean sections, and addressing a range of gynecological concerns as needed. Collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care is essential. The physician will also be required to maintain accurate documentation of all patient encounters and respond promptly to emergent cases to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active Illinois State Medical License or IMLC.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications.
