Anesthesiology Physician – Partnership Track

We are seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our private practice group in Milford, Massachusetts, conveniently located between Boston and Worcester. This position offers a clear pathway to partnership and the opportunity to practice in a collegial, well-supported environment alongside a talented team of physicians and CRNAs.

The role includes a mix of performing your own cases and supervising in a 1:2 ratio (1:4 in endoscopy, occasionally 2:4). Our practice operates across 8 ORs, 4 endoscopy suites, and an active Labor & Delivery unit with approximately 1,000 low-acuity deliveries annually.

Case Mix: A broad and rewarding range, including OB, orthopedics (regional/blocks), general surgery, gynecology, urology, thoracic, spine, ENT, podiatry, endoscopy, and healthy pediatric ENT.

• No trauma, cardiac, or vascular cases
• Ultrasound-guided regional block experience required

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active Massachusetts medical license or eligibility
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
