Internal Medicine Physician

Full Time

Our established primary care practice is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician (or Family Medicine with an adult medicine focus) to join our collaborative team of physicians, NPs/PAs, medical support staff, and on-site Behavioral Health providers. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, patient-centered environment with access to outstanding resources.


Position Highlights:

  • Outpatient-only practice embedded with Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital
  • Join a team of 8–10 physicians plus advanced practice providers
  • Full-time or Part-time available
  • Flexible schedule: 0.75 – 1.0 FTE (6–8 sessions per week)
  • Shared call schedule (approx. 10 weekends per year)
  • Teaching opportunities available for students and residents
  • Residents completing training welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $235,000 – $265,000 annually (commensurate with experience and schedule)

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine (or Family Medicine with adult medicine focus)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility)
