Compensation & Benefits:

  • $700,000 +

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive neurosurgical care, including both surgical and nonsurgical management of complex conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in shared call coverage to ensure high-quality, continuous patient care
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and evidence-based best practices within the department

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
  • Fellowship training in a subspecialty (spine, cranial, or endovascular) preferred
  • Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to foster patient education and team collaboration
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-specialty practice setting
