We are
seeking a Board-Certified Neonatology Physician to provide 24-hour in-house
coverage at a Level IV NICU in Las Vegas, Nevada. This high-acuity NICU
features advanced care capabilities including ECMO, iNO, high-frequency
ventilation, and therapeutic hypothermia. Providers will care for critically
ill neonates, including delivery room attendance, admissions, and intubated
patients, within a collaborative team environment. ECMO experience is not
required, and providers are never expected to manage ECMO patients solo.

iNO, frequent ventilation (jet and oscillator), and body cooling
- Team Support: Collaborative
environment with other neonatologists and NICU staff
Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive neonatal
care for critically ill and high-acuity patients
- Attend deliveries and manage
admissions of neonates, including intubated Level III/IV patients
- Collaborate closely with NICU
team members, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff
- Participate in procedures and
bedside care as appropriate
- Ensure accurate and timely
documentation in the hospital EMR
- Maintain high standards of
patient safety and quality care
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Neonatology (Board
Eligible not accepted)
- Active Nevada medical license or IMLC
Compact eligible
- Minimum of 2 years recent
experience in a Level III NICU or higher
