Locums Invasive-Interventional Cardiology Physician

We are seeking a skilled Locums Invasive–Interventional Cardiology Physician to provide high-quality cardiac care at a Level II Trauma Center in Lecompte, LA. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support a community hospital while delivering comprehensive cardiovascular services.

Position Details

• Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-based
• Coverage Requirements:
• 24-hour unassigned ER call coverage
• Inpatient consults and ongoing management of cardiac patients
• Support ER staff with emergent cardiology cases
• Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients per day
• Procedures: Full scope of invasive and interventional cardiology procedures as needed for hospital coverage
• EMR: Eclinical Works

Qualifications

• Board Certified Cardiologist (Invasive/Interventional)
• Active Louisiana medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA
