We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medicine Technician / Scope Technician full-time to join our healthcare team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. The successful candidate will support medical providers, assist in patient care, and perform specialized scope and endoscopy procedures, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist medical providers in emergency medicine and clinical procedures.
- Prepare, clean, and maintain endoscopy and other specialized medical equipment.
- Provide routine patient care under the direction of licensed clinicians.
- Document patient information, procedures, and treatment accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and internal team members with professionalism and compassion.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow and patient care efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical environment.
- BLS certification preferred.
- EMT certification or background preferred.
- Technician license preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Scope Technician and/or endoscopy experience preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including routine documentation and reporting.
- Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients and families.
