Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our dedicated CRNA-only team in DeRidder, LA. This full-time, contractor role offers high autonomy, a supportive team environment, and a diverse surgical case mix, including General Surgery, Urology, GI, OB/GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Orthopedics, and select Plastics.

Key Features:

• $310,000 annually (1099 contractor)
• 17 weeks off per year
• Shared call among a team of 3 CRNAs

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties.
• Collaborate with the surgical team while maintaining autonomy in CRNA-only practice.
• Participate in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, safety, and patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Current Louisiana license or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teammates
• Exceptional clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
