Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist – New Grads Welcome

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our CRNA-only team in Pratt, KS. Position Highlights:

• $350,000 annually (1099 contractor)
• 10 weeks off per year
• CRNA-only facility with full autonomy in practice
• Anesthesia team of 6 CRNAs, with 4 providers on-site daily

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties.
• Work independently while collaborating with a highly skilled CRNA team.
• Participate in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and best practice protocols.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
