Women’s Health Group, a highly respected and privately owned practice serving the Phoenix area for over 40 years, is seeking full-time Obstetrics/Gynecology Physicians to join our team. Whether you are an experienced OB/GYN or a current resident preparing for your first role, this is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, supportive, and patient-centered environment. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care, including prenatal, gynecologic, and preventive services
• Perform in-office procedures and hospital-based deliveries
• Utilize minimally invasive and robotic surgical technologies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
• Participate in a rotating home call schedule
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Engage in a positive practice culture and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for Arizona medical license
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality women’s health
