Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our ambulatory centers, ensuring a positive patient experience and efficient business performance. This role manages financials, implements policies, and develops a high-performing clinical team.

Location & schedule: Gilbert, AZ Full-time Monday - Friday

Compensation & Benefits: $100,000 plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and reporting.
• Implement policies and best practices to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and develop clinical staff.
• Foster collaboration across departments and with external partners.
• Analyze operational issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, employee, and business information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Business/Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a clinical environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Epic software experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding protocols.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
