We are seeking a professional HR Generalist with a strong background in employee relations to support our growing organization. This role will provide HR expertise across multiple functions, including employee relations, compliance, policy implementation, and HR administration, ensuring a positive workplace culture and operational efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary:
$70,000–$75,000 + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HR business partner, providing guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Assist in benefits administration and payroll coordination.
- Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support HR metrics tracking.
- Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Promote a positive and compliant work environment, fostering employee engagement and morale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong experience in employee relations required.
- 3–5 years of generalist HR experience preferred.
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
