Remote HR Generalist

We are seeking a professional HR Generalist with a strong background in employee relations to support our growing organization. This role will provide HR expertise across multiple functions, including employee relations, compliance, policy implementation, and HR administration, ensuring a positive workplace culture and operational efficiency.


Location: Colorado (remote considered in AZ and surrounding areas)

Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $70,000–$75,000 + Benefits


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted HR business partner, providing guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Assist in benefits administration and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support HR metrics tracking.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Promote a positive and compliant work environment, fostering employee engagement and morale.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong experience in employee relations required.
  • 3–5 years of generalist HR experience preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
