We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide supportive and restorative nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN will deliver direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, and assist with a variety of nursing tasks to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
Compensation: $37.45-$46.56 Per Hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, exercise, and elimination needs
- Administer medications and treatments as assigned per hospital policy
- Monitor patient safety and take vital signs
- Perform CPR and assist with medical procedures as needed
- Prepare and transport patients for tests and procedures
- Document patient care and report status to supervising RN
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Licensed and currently registered as a Practical Nurse in New York State
