We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procedure Scheduler to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role provides day-to-day oversight of the scheduling team and acts as a liaison between leadership and staff. The Procedure Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and supporting team performance and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule patient procedures, including patient preparation guidance.
- Monitor team performance and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve team and departmental goals.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and patients.
Requirements
and Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or other scheduling software.
- Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT coding and medical terminology preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling surgeries or procedures preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory procedure scheduling role preferred.
