Emergency Medicine Physician – Flexible Schedule

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to provide high-quality care in a rural emergency department serving a close-knit community in Hobbs, NM. This role offers excellent compensation, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical support in a low-volume, high-acuity environment.

Position Highlights:

• 12-bed ED with open ICU setting
• 16,650 annual patient visits
• Single physician coverage with APP support 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Advanced medical technology
• EPIC EMR

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, Part-time, or PRN opportunities
• $295 per hour
• Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Travel and lodging reimbursement for out-of-area providers

Requirements:

• ABEM board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician, or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with Emergency Department experience
• Board Certified or Board Eligible physician
• Emergency Medicine experience required
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
