Advanced Practice Aesthetician

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Aesthetician to join our all-inclusive, results-driven aesthetic practice focused on comprehensive skin health in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

This role is ideal for a skilled aesthetician passionate about advanced clinical skincare, patient relationships, and growing within a respected, high-end brand.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced medical-grade treatments including chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and non-ablative laser services (Sciton® mJOULE™, MOXI®, BBL® HERO™)
• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatments, products, and customized home-care regimens
• Capture before-and-after photos and maintain accurate documentation
• Recommend medical-grade skincare products and service packages
• Collaborate with providers and team members for a seamless patient experience
• Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media and promotions

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Aesthetician License
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
• Strong experience with medical-grade and laser-based treatments
• Sciton laser experience strongly preferred
