Health
Patient Volume
- Average volume: 3–4 patients per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult
patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical
conditions
- Perform health screenings, preventive care, and
patient education
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance
with Arizona state laws
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner
program
- Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certification in Family Practice
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
