Locums Hospitalist Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Locums Hospitalist Medicine Physician to provide inpatient coverage in Anchorage, AK. This role requires flexibility and a team-oriented mindset, with providers rotating through day, night, and weekend shifts.

Position Details

• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
• Schedule Expectations:
• Providers must be willing to work 7 consecutive shifts
• Preferably 2 weeks per month
• Call:
• Rotating call coverage
• No in-house call required
• Patient Volume:
• Approximately 18–22 patients per shift

Coverage Requirements

• Must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends

Requirements

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine
• Comfortable managing a full inpatient hospitalist census
