We are seeking an
experienced Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership and
guidance to the organization’s operations teams. The VP of Operations will
plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operational activities, ensuring the
development and implementation of efficient, cost-effective systems to meet
both current and future organizational needs.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to
plan for organizational growth and scalability
- Oversee resource allocation, budgeting,
and operational planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration or related field required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive
experience in operations leadership roles
- Proven experience in strategic planning,
operational management, and process improvement
- Strong leadership, communication, and
organizational skills
- Experience managing large,
multi-functional teams
