We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical RN to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The RN will provide patient-centered, high-quality nursing care throughout the consultation, pre-operative, and post-operative phases, ensuring a seamless and safe patient experience. The role requires coordination with the clinical team, surgical staff, and support staff to maintain the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after procedures
• Coordinate patient care and safety in collaboration with the Clinical and Surgical Suite teams
• Assist in patient assessments, procedural support, and post-op recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the EMR
• Serve as a resource for clinical staff and participate in patient education
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability in all aspects of nursing practice

Education & Experience

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
