We are seeking a Locums Board
Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to provide coverage in a trauma and
acute care neurosurgery practice with an elective component at an ACS-verified
Level II Trauma Center on the South Texas Gulf Coast. This opportunity offers a
flexible block schedule, strong APP support, and the ability to work in
a modern, state-of-the-art facility while enjoying a coastal lifestyle.
Position Highlights

Level II Trauma Center
- Supported by a
full-time, experienced Advanced Practice Provider
- Per diemn opportunity with 4-7 flexible, 24 hour shifts per month
- No additional call requirement
Practice Setting

- Accredited Stroke Center with strong subspecialty support

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide trauma and acute care neurosurgical coverage
- Manage emergency and inpatient neurosurgical cases
- Perform elective neurosurgical procedures as appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and APP support
- Ensure high-quality patient care and documentation
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current experience in trauma neurosurgery
Compensation & Benefits
- $4600 Per Shift
