We are seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Swamscott, Massachusetts. This provider will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for a broad spectrum of non-emergent conditions while collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
Opportunities are available
across multiple sites, including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North
Andover, and Haverhill.
Schedule: Centers
operate seven days per week: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; weekends, 8:00
AM–5:00 PM. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with
full-time defined as a 36-hour workweek.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $75–$85 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certification as a Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
- Current or eligible licensure in Massachusetts
- Prior urgent care experience preferred
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Working knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused, team-oriented approach
