Director of Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory – Interventional Cardiology Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Cardiologist to serve as Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory just south of Boston, MA. This leadership role combines advanced clinical practice with strategic, operational, and quality oversight of a modern Cath Lab program. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered cardiovascular care while driving performance, innovation, and program growth.

Practice Highlights

• Join a multidisciplinary cardiology team with strong clinical and operational support
• Practice in a state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory offering primary and elective PCI
• Provide 24/7 emergency cardiac care, including management of acute myocardial infarction
• Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Structured weekly schedule: 4 clinical days and 1 administrative day
• Shared hospital-based call rotation (1:5)

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts
• Demonstrated leadership experience or interest in program development preferred
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $400,000 – $475,000
