Outpatient Vascular Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and clinically proficient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient vascular practice, providing care across our Warwick and North Providence locations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with exposure to a broad spectrum of vascular conditions and procedures.


The Advanced Practice Provider will play a key role in the evaluation and management of patients with arterial and venous disease in an outpatient setting. The position emphasizes clinical assessment, patient education, minor procedural support, and coordination of care with a multidisciplinary team.


Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Active licensure in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island
  • Current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in vascular, surgical, or wound care settings
  • Experience or interest in wound management, vascular disease, and outpatient procedural care
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with arterial and venous conditions such as carotid stenosis, stroke, aortic aneurysms, claudication, ischemic ulcers, varicose veins, and venous ulcers
  • Proficiency in or willingness to learn sclerotherapy techniques
  • Familiarity with non-invasive vascular studies
