Compensation: $150 Per Hour

Details
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Start Date: Mid-June
(ongoing until a permanent provider is secured)
- Practice Setting: Urban,
resident-run outpatient clinic
- Patient Volume: ~18–25
patients per half day (varies by resident level)
- Team Structure: Work
alongside another attending physician
- Call Schedule: Shared call
every 3rd week (residents take first call; attending available for backup)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and teach residents during
patient encounters
- Conduct joint patient evaluations
with residents
- Provide real-time verbal feedback
and complete timely written evaluations
- Oversee inbox management,
prescription requests, and administrative tasks
- Support resident clinical
decision-making and patient care planning
- Maintain high standards of
patient-centered care and documentation
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Internal Medicine
- Active Connecticut medical license
(or ability to obtain)
- Primary care experience required
- Strong interest in medical education
and resident training
