A premier medical spa in Alpharetta. GA is seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join a high-end, patient-focused team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional skincare results using advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of medical-grade aesthetic services, including:
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Hydrafacial
• Microneedling
• Non-ablative laser treatments using Sciton mJOULE, including MOXI and BBL HERO
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on product use and customized at-home skincare regimens
• Capture and document before-and-after photography
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment notes
• Recommend and promote medical-grade skincare products and service packages
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and continuing education
• Collaborate with providers, plastic surgeons, and fellow aestheticians to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Utilize advanced technologies for skin rejuvenation and tightening procedures

Required Skills & Experience

• Active Aesthetician license in the state of Georgia
• 2+ years of hands-on clinical skincare experience, preferably in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
• Experience with laser-based services (Sciton experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of skin physiology and customized treatment planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Passion for patient care and delivering consistent, high-quality results
• Sales experience with the ability to confidently guide patients in their skincare journey
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
