Practice Manager – Multi-Site Clinic

A growing healthcare organization in New Haven County is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations across two clinic sites. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance while ensuring a high-quality patient experience.

The Practice Manager provides day-to-day operational leadership and strategic oversight for two clinics, ensuring efficient workflows, optimal provider productivity, and strong team performance. This role partners closely with executive leadership to support growth initiatives, improve patient satisfaction, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience and scope of responsibility)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 2+ years of healthcare practice management or multi-site leadership experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive performance improvement
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with EMR systems and healthcare technology implementations preferred
