Regional Medical Director – Primary Care

Excellent opportunity for a mid-career, Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. The Regional Medical Director will lead multiple outpatient Primary Care sites in and around Boston, MA. This is a hybrid corporate/clinical role, with approximately three days per week focused on administrative and strategic initiatives and one - two days per week providing patient care at one of the local sites.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $270,000 - $320,000+ depending on incentives

Required qualifications (non-negotiable):

• Primary care experience
• Background in value-based care
• Clinical leadership experience
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in a startup or early-stage healthcare environment
• At home experience is a plus
• Geriatrics experience
• Spanish language proficiency
