Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team in the Atlanta, GA area. This role offers a collaborative clinical environment, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.


Schedule Options:

Full-Time: Three 12-hour shifts per week, Every other weekend required, Weekend availability is mandatory.

Part-Time: Minimum of 20 hours per week with consistent availability, Must meet one of the following scheduling requirements: Two weekdays consistently (24 total hours), OR One weekday (12 hours) and one weekend day (8 hours).


Opportunities are also available in: Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur Duluth, and Tyrone, GA.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $138,000 – $159,000 annually (Average: $147,000)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform physical examinations and preventive health screenings
  • Develop and manage patient treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Active and unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license
  • Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience preferred
  • Strong new graduates with relevant clinical training may be considered
