Hybrid Child & Adolescent Therapist - Sign-on Bonus

• Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
• Schedule: Flexible based on business needs, with emphasis on:
• After 4:00 PM weekdays
• Weekend availability
• 17 hours of direct client care
• 3 hours of non-clinical/administrative work (can be completed remotely)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Earning Potential: Up to $120,000+ annually
• Base Salary: $40,000 (20 hours/week)
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Requirements:

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Supervisee in Social Work
• Licensed in Maryland
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing direct therapy to children and adolescents
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a telehealth or virtual care setting
• Ability to work during after-school hours (after 4 PM ET) and/or weekends
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
