Clinical Lead Registered Nurse

The Clinical Lead Registered Nurse is a key clinical leader responsible for advancing consistent, high-quality, patient-centered care across primary care clinic sites in Georgia. This role focuses on staff development, workflow standardization, and operational excellence while serving as a clinical resource for nursing and medical assistant teams. The Clinical Lead RN partners closely with providers and operational leaders to support policy implementation, competency development, care coordination, and practice readiness

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license with authorization to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, ambulatory care, or a comparable outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or support clinical staff and influence practice consistency in a team-based environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff, address workflow questions, and escalate concerns appropriately.

Hands-on experience with:

• Phlebotomy
• Specimen collection
• Point-of-care testing
• Outpatient clinical workflow support
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record systems, clinical documentation standards, and quality workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a lead, charge nurse, or supervisory role.
• Experience supporting multi-site clinic operations.
• Familiarity with quality metrics and value-based care models.
