The Clinical Lead Registered Nurse is a key clinical leader responsible for advancing consistent, high-quality, patient-centered care across primary care clinic sites in Georgia. This role focuses on staff development, workflow standardization, and operational excellence while serving as a clinical resource for nursing and medical assistant teams. Required Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license with authorization to practice in the State of Georgia.
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, ambulatory care, or a comparable outpatient setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or support clinical staff and influence practice consistency in a team-based environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff, address workflow questions, and escalate concerns appropriately.
Hands-on experience with:
- Phlebotomy
- Specimen collection
- Point-of-care testing
- Outpatient clinical workflow support
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record systems, clinical documentation standards, and quality workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a lead, charge nurse, or supervisory role.
- Experience supporting multi-site clinic operations.
- Familiarity with quality metrics and value-based care models.
