Senior IT Manager

Fast-growing, tech-enabled healthcare organization delivering primary and urgent care across 15 locations in Georgia. Focused on improving access, quality, and the patient experience.

Hands-on IT leader responsible for day-to-day operations, system performance, and support across multiple clinic sites. You’ll manage vendors, ensure reliable infrastructure, support EHR systems, and lead IT execution for new clinic openings and key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT operations and support across all locations
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure system uptime
• Support EHR/EMR systems (Athena preferred)
• Lead IT setup for new clinic launches and system integrations
• Manage vendors and service providers
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and basic security practices

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110,000–$120,000 + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus + Benefits

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years IT experience (2–4 in healthcare preferred)
• Experience in multi-site environments
• Hands-on EHR/EMR experience (Athena a plus)
• Familiar with HIPAA and IT security basics
• Strong troubleshooting and vendor management skills
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks
• Proven ability to execute cross-functional projects
