Director of People Operations

Full Time

We are a fast-growing, tech-enabled healthcare provider delivering primary and urgent care services across 15 locations in Georgia. The Director of People Operations will play a critical role in strengthening and scaling the company’s people strategy during a period of rapid growth and operational evolution. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution across a multi-site healthcare environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $130,000–$150,000
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus

Required Qualifications:

  • 6–10+ years of progressive experience in people operations, HR business partnership, organizational effectiveness, or related HR leadership roles
  • Experience in healthcare services, healthcare technology, multi-site healthcare operations, or similarly complex service environments
  • Strong operational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated success building cross-functional relationships and influencing leaders
  • Experience supporting performance management, employee engagement, and organizational change initiatives
  • Strong judgment, communication skills, and ability to navigate complex people situations
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance management platforms such as Leapsome or similar tools
  • Experience supporting both frontline/clinic and corporate employee populations
  • Background in private equity-backed, high-growth, or tech-enabled organizations
