Level I Trauma Center in Dayton, OH is seeking a Locums Pediatric Emergency
Medicine Physician to provide coverage in a high-volume pediatric emergency

may work a variety of shifts including:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat
pediatric patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage high-acuity and emergent
pediatric cases within a Level I Trauma environment
- Perform emergency procedures and
stabilize critically ill pediatric patients
- Collaborate with emergency
medicine physicians, specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate
medical documentation
- Provide compassionate,
family-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
in Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine with
pediatric emergency experience
- Active Ohio medical license
required
- Current BLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current ATLS certification
