seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to
provide locum tenens coverage in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This opportunity
offers 12-hour shifts in a busy community emergency department serving both
pediatric and adult patients. Physicians will work alongside experienced
Advanced Practice Professionals in a collaborative environment focused on
delivering high-quality emergency care.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat
patients presenting with a broad spectrum of emergency and urgent medical
conditions
- Provide comprehensive emergency
care for both adult and pediatric patients
- Stabilize and manage critically
ill or injured patients
- Perform emergency procedures as
clinically indicated
- Coordinate care with specialists,
nursing staff, and ancillary personnel
- Maintain accurate and timely
documentation utilizing Meditech and Dragon Dictation
- Adhere to departmental quality
and patient safety standards
Requirements
- Active Florida Medical License
Required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
- ABEM Candidates Only (No Internal
Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians)
- Current ACLS Certification
