Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Certification as a Physician Assistant.
- Current licensure in the state of Georgia.

Responsibilities:
Trauma Patient Care:
Conduct thorough assessments of trauma
patients, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic
evaluations. Collaborate with the trauma surgery team to develop and implement
individualized treatment plans.
Surgical Assistance: Assist in
various aspects of trauma surgeries, including pre-operative preparations,
intraoperative support, and post-operative care. Manage perioperative
care and contribute to patient recovery.
Emergency Response: Be an
integral part of the trauma response team, participating in the assessment and
management of critically ill and injured patients. Contribute to the
development and implementation of trauma protocols.
Collaboration: Work closely
with trauma surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure
coordinated and effective patient care. Participate in multidisciplinary
rounds and case conferences.
Patient Education: Provide education to trauma patients and their families regarding their injuries, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
