Medical Assistant – Advanced Primary Care Model

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Advanced Primary Care team in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time, on-site position supports a collaborative, patient-centered care model focused on quality, compassion, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and administrative support to providers and patients.
• Record patient histories, vitals, and assist with exams and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Support lab procedures, including specimen collection and phlebotomy.
• Coordinate patient communication, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, integrated care.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification or completion of an accredited program (or ability to obtain within six months of hire).
• Phlebotomy certification (or obtain within six months of hire).
• Basic Life Support certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Active Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
