Nocturnist Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Nocturnist Physician to join a well-established hospital medicine team in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This opportunity offers a consistent night schedule, a collaborative clinical environment, and the chance to provide high-quality inpatient care in a community-focused hospital. 2026 and 2027 graduates encouraged to apply.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive overnight care for hospitalized adult patients
• Admit patients from the Emergency Department and manage inpatient admissions
• Perform history and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Respond to changes in patient condition and overnight clinical needs
• Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, and daytime hospitalists to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active West Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one
