We are seeking a Board-Certified
or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgery Physician to join a growing academic and
clinical practice in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This is an excellent
opportunity for a fellowship-trained plastic surgeon to provide comprehensive
reconstructive and cosmetic surgical care while participating in the education
and mentorship of future physicians.
The successful candidate
will deliver high-quality patient care across the full spectrum of plastic
surgery and play an active role in teaching medical students, residents, and
fellows within a collaborative academic environment.

Full-Time
Weekly Hours: 40
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients
requiring reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures.
- Develop individualized treatment plans
and perform surgical procedures using evidence-based practices.
- Provide preoperative, operative, and
postoperative patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring
medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Maintain timely and accurate medical
documentation.
- Contribute to quality improvement
initiatives and academic activities as appropriate.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent).
- Completion of an accredited General
Surgery or integrated Plastic Surgery residency program.
- Fellowship training in Plastic Surgery
required.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Plastic Surgery.
- Eligible for West Virginia medical
licensure.
