PRN Attending Physician

We are seeking a dedicated PRN Attending Physician to provide exceptional, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout the Tucker, Georgia area. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a physician seeking clinical autonomy, a collaborative care model, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of older adults.

As the Attending Physician, you will oversee the medical care of assigned residents, partner closely with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and help drive quality initiatives that improve patient outcomes while enjoying a schedule free from on-call and overnight responsibilities.

Additional Facility Opportunities: Bainbridge and Roberta, Georgia.

Position Highlights:

• PRN position with flexible scheduling

• Serve as the Attending Physician for residents in assigned skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to provide comprehensive, team-based care and clinical oversight
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions while developing individualized care plans
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, and other quality improvement initiatives
• Streamlined documentation with an intuitive EHR, voice dictation, AI-powered scribe technology, and access to UpToDate® for real-time clinical decision support

Requirements:

• Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED
