We are seeking a dedicated PRN Attending Physician to provide exceptional, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout the Tucker, Georgia area. As the Attending Physician,
you will oversee the medical care of assigned residents, partner closely with
Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and help drive quality
initiatives that improve patient outcomes while enjoying a schedule free from on-call
and overnight responsibilities.

- Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, and other quality improvement initiatives

- Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
