Compensation:
- Strong base salary + monthly performance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
- Relocation assistance available (up to $20K- location dependent)
Qualifications:
- Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
- Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
- Active certification and licensure (where required)
What You'll Do:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards
