Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – W2

Sign-on Bonus up to $10,000. We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team in Sterling, Virginia. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults through a collaborative, mission-driven model. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking flexibility, strong clinical support, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patients and families.

Schedule & Work Model

• 40 hours per week
• 15 hours required during after-school hours (after 4 PM or weekends)
• Hybrid: up to 3 days onsite weekly

Hybrid Structure:

• Minimum 10 clinical hours onsite
• Up to 7 clinical hours conducted remotely
• Administrative hours completed remotely
• Flexible scheduling aligned with patient needs
• Minimum 10 hours during peak “after-school” times (after 4 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $135,000 - $145,000
• Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually
• Additional earnings of $100 per clinical hour beyond base caseload

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure
• Active Virginia PMHNP/APRN license
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
• Ability to work onsite for at least 10 clinical hours per week
• Flexibility to work during after-school hours (after 4 PM ET and/or weekends)
• Access to reliable technology (personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet)
